AIS Request for Service (RFS) system – Maintenance Release

On Wednesday February 13th, 2013 during the ITS maintenance window (5AM – 7AM), Administrative Information Services (AIS), a unit of Information Technology Services (ITS), will be implementing an maintenance release of the RFS system. Most updates are minor fixes which will be transparent to the user.

During this time, access to the RFS system may be limited. Access is expected to be fully restored by 7AM
