E-mail Virus Definition Update Suspended for August 11

Tonight’s e-mail virus definition update to the University’s e-mail virus software is suspended while ITS works with the vendor to diagnose and resolve an e-mail virus definition software update issue. The University is still scanning all e-mail messages for viruses, just suspending tonight’s update so users will not see altered e-mail subjects as described in alert #2790.
