ENCS forms found at http://www.encs.psu.edu (including ENCS Service Request, Card Access Request, DNS Request, and Network Contact List), will be affected from 5:00 AM ET on 09/12/2018 until 6:00 AM ET on 09/12/2018

NOTES:

The main ENCS website will be unaffected by the issue.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

ENCS web forms found at https://webapps.tns.its.psu.edu will experience several brief outages during the IT maintenance window. Pages will not load and the browser may report the server is not responding. This is planned maintenance to update supported security protocols.

This alert will be updated as new information becomes available. Penn State IT users can view additional details in ServiceNow.
