Request for Service (RFS) System, Disaster Recovery Exercise

A disaster recovery exercise will be conducted on the Request for Service (RFS) system on Wednesday, November 28th during the maintenance window (5AM – 7AM). During this time, there will be a brief outage. The RFS system is expected to be fully operational by 7AM.
