Resolved: authsmtp slow reponse

Starting at 11:30, authsmtp.psu.edu was responding slowly to reuqests to send e-mail. In some cases authsmtp.psu.edu refused to send and others it went slowly. The problem was caused by a broken process. The process was fixed and authsmtp.psu.edu was sending normally again as of 12:28.
