Resolved: blogs.psu.edu service interruption

Users attempting to use blogs.psu.edu from about 11:00 AM until about 11:30 AM may have received an error indicating that there was an enrollment error, too many connections, or other database issues. These errors were a result of a hung database query. ITS was able to restart the effected database which resolved the situation and will continue investigating the cause.

No data was lost during this unexpected service interruption.
