This issue has been resolved, and RoomGear has been restored to normal functionality.

Penn State IT continue to troubleshoot the issue with the vendor and are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
Some students at all Penn State locations.
IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
RoomGear is partially unavailable.
DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 3:39pm ET on 02/16/19.
NOTES:
Devices that have previously been added are unaffected by the issue. Devices cannot be added or deleted at this time.
