Resolved: PASS storage system failure

All affected services should have been restored to service by 10:20 p.m. The cause was determined to be from a diagnostic program used to gather data for the vendor to troubleshoot a minor problem which doesn\’t affect users. It was not expected to cause a crash. ITS staff will work with the vendor to resolve why it crashed.
