Resolved: smtp.psu.edu degraded

Starting at 4:05 PM smtp.psu.edu went into a degraded state because of a mis-behaving client. Clients that use smtp.psu.edu would see slow response or retries. UCS was affected for sending of email during this time. The problem was fixed as of 4:25 PM when the client was fixed.
