Resolved: Some online applications for Office 365 are slow

This issue has been resolved, and Office 365 has been restored to normal functionality.

Teams from Penn State IT and Microsoft (vendor) continue to troubleshoot and are working to restore service to normal functionality as quickly as possible.

PEOPLE AND LOCATIONS IMPACTED:
Some students, faculty, and staff at all Penn State locations using Office 365 (excluding Penn State College of Medicine and Pennsylvania College of Technology)

IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Office 365 online applications, especially SharePoint and OneDrive
