Resolved: TNS Layer 3 Service Migration at Telecom Building

On the week of April 20th, TNS will begin migrating layer 3 customer connections off the legacy University Enterprise Network (UEN) routers Telecom4, Telecom6, and Telecom9 and onto the router Telecom7 which is a member of the new 100Gbps UEN. Additionally, related redundant UEN connections will be moved from Redundant2 to Redundant3 router.

This project will impact approximately 200 customer connections and will be divided into two phases over two nights. Phase 1 will be conducted on April 23rd between 12:01am and 7:00am and phase 2 will be conducted on April 29th between 12:01am and 7:00am.

Over the course of the next two weeks, contacts for affected connections will be notified directly via email with further details.
