Resolved: Turnitin instructor accounts may need reactivation

The root-cause of the issue with Turnitin instructor accounts being disabled was identified during an initial period of escalated activity. Unfortunately, a known-workaround described in the initial alert posting is the only viable fix. Users should contact turnitin@psu.edu for assistance.
