On Oct 18th between 3:00AM and 8:00AM* TeliaSonera (telia.net) one of Penn State’s Commodity internet providers will be doing a software upgrade on their equipment in Chicago, IL.

No impact to Penn State is expected, however internet traffic inbound from this provider may be disrupted for a short period of time.
