Resolved: Update: Network Issue Affecting Central Person Registry (CPR) Person Web Services
As of 12:20 p.m., the network issue has been resolved and the CPR\’s Person Web Services are now functioning properly.
There is currently a network issue that is affecting the Central Person Registry\’s (CPR\’s) Person Web Services. This is negatively affecting CIDR functions, including person creation, person updates, and person matching.
The network issue is not affecting Penn State\’s Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) service or Penn State Alerts. These services continue to operate normally.
This problem started at 10:19 a.m. on March 2, 2016, and ITS is working to diagnose and correct the network issue.
