Resolved: www.psu.edu and campus sites

The PSU home page (www.psu.edu), news.psu.edu, and campus sites served by the Polaris
cluster began to intermittently return an error page at 3:55pm. The home page and other
high traffic pages were updated in cache by 4:15pm. The underlying issue persisted
and some pages continued to return an error until 5:21pm at which point normal service
was restored.
