UCS Software Upgrade – February 4

On Thursday, February 4, during the ITS Maintenance Window (5:00 – 7:00 a.m.), a patch will be installed to UCS. A 20-minute outage is expected while the work is being completed.

During the outage, UCS users will not be able to send or receive e-mail and/or calendar appointments. Incoming messages will be queued as a result, and will be received once the work has been completed.

The patch addresses bug fixes and feature enhancements, including:
– FreeBusy results for Exchange users are correct in Outlook display
– Print Preview of Contact Groups display correctly
– Fixed issue causing   to be added to quick replies
– Fixed issue causing iOS sync to lose email

The work is being tracked through Service Now – CHG0034917.
