Update: chat.psu.edu Certificate Change – October 22

The chat.psu.edu certificate change was unsuccessful due to an incorrect key. The certificate will be updated tomorrow, Thursday, October 22, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5-7a.m.) No outage is expected.

This issue is now being tracked in ServiceNow: CHG0033993
