Update: ITS VMHost service degradation

We are continuing to troubleshoot the storage issue affecting the ITS VMHost service. We are also starting a restore of the affected VMs from last night\’s backup as a fallback, in case we are unable to resolve the storage issue. We will update this alert when we have more information.
