All students, faculty, and staff at all Penn State locations using the most recent version of Google Chrome web browser
IT SERVICE(S) IMPACTED:
Authentication for some web applications when using Google Chrome version 72 is unavailable. Known impacted applications include:
SRTE
eSteward
voip.psu.edu
DATE AND TIME:
Issue began at 12:29pm ET on 01/30/19.
NOTES:
Users may receive errors when attempting to authenticate to online applications.
If you are experiencing issues, please try using a different web browser such as Firefox, Safari, etc.
Users on old versions of Chrome or other web browsers are unaffected by the issue.
Users on legacy voicemail are unaffected by the issue.
