Update: Resolved/Additional Planned Maintenance

Wireless service in most of the previously mentioned buildings was restored as of 10:35 AM. ITS staff is following up with a few – less than 1% of the original total – access points that remain offline. The planned work, as documented in ServiceNow record CHG0033004, unexpectedly extended beyond the maintenance window.

The change requires work to be performed over multiple days, and is being performed to better utilize existing wireless infrastructure.

ITS staff will finish the work tomorrow morning, during the maintenance window. We will be taking non-service impacting actions this afternoon and increase staff dedicated to this work tomorrow morning as ways to ensure this work is completed successfully and within the maintenance window.
