VPN Hardware Upgrade – June 7

On June 7, during the ITS Maintenance Window (5:00 – 7:00 a.m.) hardware related to the VPN service, vpn.its.psu.edu, will be upgraded. As a result, VPN profiles will be unavailable while the work is being completed.

Following the upgrade, users will be required to update their VPN client.

The work is being tracked through ServiceNow – CHG0036955.
