WebMail to be moved to a new load balancer – May 15

On Monday, May 15, WebMail will be migrated to a new load balancer during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5-7am). WebMail may be unavailable for a few minutes while the migration takes place.

During the outage period, WebMail users will not be able to send or receive e-mail. No messages will be lost as a result of the outage, and all queued messages will be sent once the migration has completed.
