Anonymous takes down Nissan in dolphin culling protest

 Hacker group Anonymous has admitted it took down Nissan’s global and Japanese websites as a protest against Japanese dolphin culling.

Anonymous announced responsibility of the DDoS attack via its Twitter account, saying: “#Anonymous #OpKillingBay .@NissanJP nissan.co.jp #TangoDown #Japan stop the killing now!” with a photo montage of dolphins and Nissan cars.
