UK Regulator Issues Advice on ‘Consent’ Within GDPR
The UK’s Information Commissioners Office (ICO — the data protection regulator) has published detailed guidance (PDF) on ‘consent’ within the General Data Protection Regulation. Since the UK is still in the European Union, the document provides a reasonable analysis of what is one of the trickiest aspects of GDPR.
